This notice explains how GSPMEDIALAB handles personal information when you visit this website, email a project enquiry, or book a discovery call.
Who is responsible
GSPMEDIALAB is the creative studio responsible for the information described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to silva@gspmedialab.com.
Information we process
Email enquiries
When you choose “Email your project brief,” this website opens your chosen email service with a fixed template. The website does not receive or store the draft. If you send the message, GSPMEDIALAB receives your email address and any project information you decide to include.
Discovery-call bookings
When you open or load the Calendly booking calendar, Calendly processes the information you provide, together with scheduling information such as the chosen date, time, and time zone. Read Calendly’s privacy notice.
Website operation
The website host may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Portfolio images and videos are served directly with the website rather than through an external video platform.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose “Accept analytics.” It may process page interactions, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. Project-email content is not sent to Google Analytics.
Why we use information
- To assess and respond to an enquiry and take steps you request before a possible agreement.
- To arrange and manage a discovery call.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To measure website use only when optional analytics consent has been given.
Service providers
GSPMEDIALAB uses website hosting services, Calendly for scheduling, email providers for correspondence, and Google Analytics only if it is enabled and accepted. These providers process information for their respective services and may process information outside Norway or the European Economic Area under safeguards described in their own privacy documentation.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage a potential or active client relationship, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention also depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and whether records are needed for accounting, an agreement, or legal claims.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through the Cookie settings control. Contact silva@gspmedialab.com to make a request.
You may also complain to Datatilsynet or another competent data-protection authority.
